Our Talltoppen 100 has a beautiful open plan living area, three bedrooms and a large loft area that can easily be adapted to extra living space, a home study, a fourth bedroom or a media room. The height of the Talltoppen allows you to fully utilise the loft space and of course as with all our homes we invite you to change the floor plan to match your needs exactly.

Talltoppen 100 is a three or four bedroomed home with an open plan lounge/kitchen with a high barrel vaulted ceiling, and a mezzanine floor accessed by stairs in the hallway to another twenty seven square metres of space which is open to the lounge area and is commonly used as  TV area or study. Below the mezzanine floor are three bedrooms a bathroom, and laundry room. Clients sometimes close off half of the mezzanine floor for use as a fourth bedroom with en-suite.

One of the special features of our quality homes is the triple-glazed windows which are supplied as standard in all our homes. In addition to changing the floor plan to suit your needs you can also choose a plasterboard finish to the interior walls and ceilings if you wish.
