The Tallbo 40 is a medium sized cabin which could be used as a one or two person annexe, for which it may need planning permission*. Equally it could be a games room, gym, home cinema or any other use considered as incidental. For more information on this, please read the permitted development guidelines*. A complete insulation pack is available for walls, ceiling and floors, which will be needed if the use of the cabin requires it to meet building regulations*.
